Its martin18, known hacker, permban & name lock on sight.

However, if it was a regular user, there would be no ban. According to server&forum rules poll:
Using similar nicks/clantags and impersonating should cause muting

I don't know what is with the people who responded to that poll but I think we probably should consider locking fake accounts if requested.  We'll have to have a discussion about it first, about if we want to put that poll in the trash for the good of the community.

Little thing to help solve your problems:

Utilize the /clan function to keep track of your actual members. Also, clan icons...however this one might take a while, submitted mine a month ago and still yet to be uploaded. [emoji53]

Also official a clan page with clan roster on here might be another fun thing to do [emoji39].

Then delete the poll or change the actual policy, c'mon, it makes to sense to start a rule-creating poll and then ignore the results. I'd bring that fact to public attention, but lego, despite his rage, never reported my [ TD ] smurf

But you assume we ignored the results when maybe we were following them all along and some troll or new voter changed the results a day ago.  As you posted before, it's tied.  A single person can change the results back and forth as they wish.  It's not realistic to follow it... having to check it everyday, fake names being allowed one day and disallowed the next.  The vote on slurs has also been changing constantly.  I think we should look at how the results are now, take that as an advisory, and then make our own decisions that are static instead of constantly changing.

Why don't you just restart the poll, but allow only people with at least half a brain? There's been many troll votes i'm sure, many nobodies/retired people, and what are you going to do about "No moderation for both server & forum"? something tells me you're going to ignore those votes entirely. It's always about the people counting the votes...
Or have a little, cute discussion on your admin section about 'will of the people', confront it with your inner feelings and produce a coherent and static set of rulz?
