Finishing up the last of the leftovers of this stuff I made over the weekend tonight: http://www.saveur.com/article/Recipes/Poulet-Creole Insanely good shit. I was lazy and impatient and let too much of the shit at the bottom of the pan burn but its still a very powerful dish.

All Chinese takeout places are basically the same. Actually as far as I can tell there's like two Chinese Syscos that supply all their shit, you can tell because the good places have the thin crispy noodles for the soup and the shitty places have the thick semi-sweet ones that are garbo.

99% of them are, they all use the same noodles, the same frozen egg rolls and dumplings, the same sauces, etc.
