Chipotle probably has the best free cup of water service they always just give it to me no bullshit.

Firehouse is good also about that.

I've never been to a Firehouse and they don't have them up here. There's not much point getting a chain sub/hoagie in this area because its probably better and cheaper from the nearest pizza place. Except Wawa of course, mmmm.

I don't mind it until there's so much the crust gets all greasy and droopy.

Prevents a dry crust lol. Dry crust is nasty.

Not sure what you mean by "dry crust" but I would rather have a crust with some firmness and a bit of crisp and bite to it than a floppy rubbery meat grease sponge.

Donatos pizza crust, such that it is (thin style pizza), is moist but crispy.

New York style pizza is the type of pizza that usually ends up greasy and droopy.  I'm game for NY-style pizza all the time, but overall, it doesn't rate, and never has, at least for me, where I've eaten it.
