Checking versions issue just now.
Time moved to 3 hrs, that's fine!
So the problem is localized. Hosting is ok, it's just my fault.
I'll fix that myself to next time, so that will not happen again.
Well, Blid is correct. It's not the host. But in my eyes thats even more troubling. Why? Well, because iL has had root access to the server since it was turned on. That tells me that he's not capable of figuring out how to fix it himself. If that is the case, then the problems would persist no matter WHAT host he uses. It sounds to me like he's just not capable of figuring out what is wrong. Personally I believe it's a cron job on the server (obviously since I've been using the word 'cron' the whole time) in hopes that iL would check those more closely. But it doesnt look like that has been helping at all. I'm a little disappointed as I was hoping that it would actually be the host and not the server itself so that iL wouldnt be the person to blame. But now...... there is no choice :/ iL is definitely to blame here if he does indeed have root access to this server.
Sure, that's absolutely my fault, i should check that a week ago, but got that idea just yesterday.
I still have no idea what happens with the server, but it happens at 3AM by the server time and it's a daily cron job.
That was not my own cron job located in the system crontab, that's why i didn't find it before.
That is what happens during emergent server migration and hard reconfiguration and when the moment is not the best for me.
Problems appear, then they are being resolved once and should never be repeated until next server migration.
But solution is the easiest for now: i'll just move the timezone to make 3AM happen when nobody plays and will resolve it when i have time. I also guess the problem could be resolved already by rotating big logs.
