The pool is what the decision was supposed to be based on, and even by your count it's 11-10 to leave it open.  Also, I would not delete Rit's vote, he's a known player, and xboi209 has made a lot of helpful posts here but I don't know who that is.  Regardless, the pool determined the client should be open.  Nobody said it would be decided by interpreting posts from Ripe etc, it was said there would be a pool taken.
