And the reason to let you think he hacks was that he don't accept your idea with close 2.0.2.1 and his lags, looks incompatible with warlatency. Is that so?

What i can say to you: never accuse anybody without approvements. It could be declared as slander if you suppose wrong. And it will not help against him if your right.
Just find a way to prove your suspicion, ask others if you need, but don't post everybody your suspicions as facts. Then cheater will be banned, everyone will be happy.

I actually don't think he hacks:
1. i have no any approvements
2. internet connection quality could depend on many factors, not improper version only.
3. he uses combat actually
4. i also don't think we need to close any versions except 2.0.2.0 just now. If somebody has the same thoughts, it doesn't make him a hacker.
