Why would anyone vote for muting AND banning?  If you're banning a person, they don't need to be muted, so that doesn't even make sense.  Why are you asking us to pretend we're all stupid?  Why are you asking us to ignore the will of the voters - the opinion of the majority?  What ideal are we upholding by telling two people who voted to ban for racism that, you know, they need to go change their vote to muting for racism, or else racism will be allowed?  This is nonsensical logic and I completely reject it and am bewildered by Mousetopher buying in to your nonsense.

i do not have to "think they would have voted differently if."  they actually DID vote not to allow racism.  both the mute people and the ban people DID VOTE AGAINST ALLOWING RACISM.  you are being deliberately stupid to ignore that.
