His main accounts will NEVER be unlocked by me. This is out of bounds. It has nothing to do with messing around. Logging onto peoples account is so so wrong. I have no words to say how messed up I think this is.

Kind of puts our little community in jeopardy.

Not a fish, but not as good as an elephant neither.

Your pretty stupid if you don't know the subject of this whole thread and still need me to answer that question. But ok I will.

Archer did sql injection through a vulnerability in the ladder page to decrypt login credentials.

Are you seriously that stupid? ip is meaningless to a guy who has access to proxy server.

garbage should be thrown into the dumpster, regardless of how small the community is. plus its hard to estimate how many potential new players we're losing due to keeping toxic elements here (see claw posts on facebook for example). Im sure dellams and martins discouraged at least 10 players by now

And I agree, toxins should be thrown out but we should also reassure the players affected that this type of behavior won't be tolerated and they will have access to their accounts again. Also people reading this should also know that we found a problem in the account security and they should consider changing their login credentials if they have used the same credentials for a third party site.

Regardless of how he was getting this information. We know of two possibilities of how he was getting account information and we should move proactively on both scenarios to prevent more leaks. I really don't see how a simple change in login credentials is difficult... If you registered for his site, just change what you normally use.

negative
ur making more drama than it's needed.

due to what's been already said and requoted many times and sorry if ur too stupid to still not know what is it

it is been clearly ruled out the possibility that the modus operandi of usaarcher getting passwds is via 'ppl who registered on his site'

so no, its pretty pointless to waste time and resources to do a campaign to warn ppl to change their credentials.
again, ur too stupid.
cuz, even if you changed, whats stopping him from getting the new one?

He possibly just cracked people with simple passwords.  He possibly hacked the db and decrypted ALL hashes, but I don't think that yet or he'd be unlocking his accounts with my username or something.  Either way, what a horrible thing to do.  He stole accounts of known, active players just to abuse the ladder of a 20 yr old game.  Who does something like that?
