How to erase WhatsApp data in iPhone?

I find that I have to delete the whole app in order to delete the cache of WhatsApp in iPhone. How do I delete the data instead of the app?

damit muz i over looked ya..idk i dont use a iphone, im android

i think the android is the same way..maybe hook it to a pc so you can clear it..those os are pretty handicapped
