I see lots of opinions being shared, but little to no physique being posted. It looks like you all havent realized that the former is invalid without the latter. So, here i am.

Simple and underrated exercises. I do some pull ups in my upper body routine but have been neglecting the pushups now that i have gym access. I will try incorporating them.

Gonna post again when theres visible improvement.

My goal right now is June 3rd

 400 push ups and 40 plus pull ups

I'll probably post some pics between now and then.
