about version 4.6

-i like the map being showed in the screen when hosting
-i like the beep sound when sum1 joins the game
- i like the diff colors when sum1 joins/leaves/etc
- i kinda like the automatic warlat BUT, ppl tell me it works only if every1 has version 4.6 in the game, correct?

howevever. the biggest issue in .ru is and has been the latency. the lat is horrible. there is no real good uc.
so i hope u get that super warlat workin asap.
