the win me i had dude it was the best 56k machine. these drivers would let you flash ur phone to call out and any incoming calls would ring in, set it up to redial every hr u had a close to a dedicated 56k line back when there was no high speed ...close to 2gb of stuff a week

yes believe it or not winme was pretty stable for me anyhow.
idk i cant say its a big leap over 98 but the 56k would not work the same.
95 b is good also with usb
