This question was first asked to me many years ago. The responses are always surprising especially from those in the medical field which I am not in. What do you think?

that and internalist seem not as good but any doctor should be able to give first aid. paramedic not a doctor but should have training

Not enough time to think about a Pastor... I'm sure you can make peace with god without one if need be :-)

Now, you are mentioning the first 30min...
Statistically, speaking you will not be at the hospital at the first 30min.
Most probably, you will get a heart attack and call for help.
In 30min, the target is for you to arrive at the operation table.

Thus my list goes as follows:
Internist (it is the doctor you will call and has to diagnose your infraction! Mine was pretty bad :-/. In case it is your second+ heart attack you can skip this doctor and call an ambulance immediately saying you had and having again a heart attack this will save you time!)
Paramedic (The one that will take you to the hospital)
Emergency Room Specialist (I guess the one that prepares the operation room)
--- 30 min passed or you are already at the hospital ---
Cardiologist
Anesthesiologist (I didn't needed one)

there was a thread on reddit awhile back about a woman having a heart attack on a plane. when a flight attendant asked if there were any doctors on board , 15 doctors stood up, they were on the way to a cardiology conference.
a thread in the comment section made good points about an EMT being the best people in this situation simply because of the sheer amount of experience they have dealing with this on a daily basis.
