Well how do we even know that story is true? Also he was caught trying to steal wins from another player. I would not perm ban him from stats transfer though. I'm entitled to label this thread as done.

I would not mind doing the stats transfer, I have no access to do it. I would suggest he dosent ask for atleast six months due to his past actions.
