on kali a lot of people liked to play nwtr with cheats enabled

youd be constantly trying to turn off the cheats your enemy was using and theyd turn them back on :X

Not really could make it so only on Use map settings or something like that. I'm also sure if this did happen everyone would need the exe or they would just drop.

Remember war2combat had a launcher setting to disable the town hall first rule?  in case someone really wanted to play an old school game heh.  but everyone had to turn it on for it to work, and nobody ever did.
