This is usually Van or Martin-18. BOTH of them have done the exact same thing to me claiming to be "the admin" (not necessarily blid by name) and saying he was going to ban me off the server. Neither of them really realize that I have the ability to determine if they are who they say they are. But just the clear retardedness gave them away without the need to whip out wireshark. The most any player can do is ban you from their game, not the server.
