That means if you tell me someone is hacking without concrete proof, i cannot go into the database to better determine what their more commonly used names are... which means i can't do anything about it because im not going to ban someone without proof that they're actually hacking... or at least be able to verify that the person being accused from people i trust is a known hacker.
if someone is stealing someone else's name.. like SkinnyGrunt... i cant lock the account because i can't verify that it's not actually them. even though we all know it's not actually skinnygrunt.
basically unless you have proof that someone stole your account(Even if we all know it's all true), or have proof that someone is hacking (even if we all know it happened) ... i cant do anything about it.
that's just the reality.
