Bug in ladder

Ok so there is a player called Razr who has not logged on since December 29th 2012

However he gets moved up the ladder with player Raz_ who currently plays. So Raz_ is now rank #34 but it brings Razr to a duplicate rank #34.

Just thought I would throw it out there if you haven't noticed.
