These are all good suggestions; I agree that a lot of problems can be fixed by making the current support info more centralized and easy to find. I'll see about adding a "can't find your screenshot?" support banner/link to ss.war2.ru too.
For shortened URLs, maybe we could make our own? Shouldn't be hard to set up simple 301 redirects to the most important help articles using addresses like war2.ru/ss and war2.ru/hosting or similar.
