Resolution help needed.

I hate to post this here I really do I tried in the support section but it seems umm the mods here are having some issues to say the least lol.......

I would really like to play however one small problem my screen is really tiny were not just talking some black bars around the screen here were talking 6x6 tiny. So far my detective google skills have come up with nothing and altering my own resolution seems to not effect it at all. Any input would be great.

resolution needed indeed. what video card are you using? updated drivers? don't think anybody in this community has reported this issue before.

yeah i have a weird problem where the top of my gold and lumber is cut off so i cannot tell how much i actually have,

 not really a computer whiz but if someone knows how to fix this it would be much appreciated

did you try playing with different aspect ratios in your monitor settings? i remember having an issue similar to this with my widescreen monitor. whenever i load war2, i have to change monitor aspect ratio settings to 4:3, then manually change back again whenever i finish
