Correct the forum topics in pvpgn

Well just wanted to get things straight.  For example claw makes a racist thread. In war2 chat channel it's says "thread name" by user...

Does this go by topic last replied or creator and this is a bug?

Just wondering because i don't want it saying I created the thread and for people to think I'm racist.
