Unless he plays on a 0-0-0 name or something it's probably going to be hard to discern him from the other players. If USA~Archer or Crash3r joins or something I can tell you he won't play. When asked outright to not play he said he would play on an AKA. I don't support anything he has done stealing passwords from people and shit is personal a dick move. He hasn't done anything to me personally but I don't support anything he did wrong, he is banned on known names. When the hard wire ban they are talking about gets done it won't be an issue.

You are the tech guy I'm just a normal user, I could /squelch and do /finger and /stats but beyond that I have no idea how to keep someone banned from something on the server before it gets started and there's an issue. He has made no threats to the server at that time though and he knows he's banned.
