sounds good but the thing is we dont have enough good player online. We got some newcomers, will take time till they can compete with the better people.

You should get more people back, if thats the case this new Ladder System sounds good.

$50 one time fee doesn't seem bad, but a couple questions,

one, what formula would it even use for the rankings, etc?  Because it just says there's an "algorithm" and then says it's customizable...  have you seen this ladder system in use somewhere?

two, it doesn't have auto-report. It updates automatically after users report.  Not sure enough people would go for that to make it worthwhile.  When is the last time a myleague case's ladder had people reporting games for war2?

Yes, the main question is to integrate it into the project.
I'd actually be happy if you pay to someone who can do that for all of us.
All we need is small script system to parse game reports, upload to db and generate the required type on results.
We can easily deploy it to our main hosting or ladder.war2.ru or anywhere else.

Newcomers are gone within a couple weeks if not days.. It doesnt take long for them to figure out the hosting issues, shit mentality from the community, and lack of support from admins isn't worth playing on a server with less than 200 active users.

i would imagine the server sees close to 200 users in a week's time. probably more like 50-60 in a typical 24 hour day.
