Support Requests / Windows 10 curser mobility problem[Solved]

OS: Windows 10 Home/64
Installed the latest ver. 4.0.1 including the latest update for Direct Draw.
Problem: After entering War2Combat, I was unable to move the mouse/cursor/pointer across the screen except for the top left quadrant. Its almost like the mouse was confined to an invisible box.
Solution: Right click war2Combat > select Properties from the dropdown menu > in properties select the Compatibility tab > select Change high DPI settings > select High scaling override > click OK and exit.
