Support Requests / [orphaned] Host Lantency Issue , Same connection high ping

Hello! So Today i downloaded the game on my PC because we wanted to play warcraft 2 with my friends and my bro i also created a map. But whenever we create a host we can't join to that room.. (my bro' has laptop) 
We tried playing with others separately worked really good no high ping or things like that .. but when i joined with my brother we couldn't play together bcs some people said our ping is to high maybe bcs of same connection..
P.S I also tried what the forum said about Host Lantency Issue it didn't worked we also have the same OS (win xp)
