Server.War2.ru / Is the server down?

None of my friends can connect to it. We click the war2 combat and it says we can't connect to the server.

Yea, I guess ill try some things out. Could it be because of windows 7 possibly?

I can play the battle.net edition just fine with no problems, but the combat edition skips a lot.I recently got my friends into warcraft 2, and We use discord voice chat. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? The game for me also has some frame problems. Any help would be appreciated.
prevent what from what happening? ... and what do you mean frame problems?

I recently got my friends into warcraft 2, and We use discord voice chat. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? The game for me also has some frame problems. Any help would be appreciated.
