Gameplay
New Ranged Unit Behavior
Trolls and Archers will now automatically acquire targets significantly faster than before. This behavior will be noticeable when an enemy unit enters their range and also when acquiring a new target after their original has been destroyed.
New Flying Unit Behavior
Dragons and Gryphons will now no longer be command locked shortly after attacking. Players will be able to issue orders and move them right after their attack animation.
Multiplayer
New Lobby Features
Hosts can now choose Random or Fixed start locations during lobby creation.
Hosts can now kick players from the lobby.
Players can now move to a different slot inside the lobby.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a crash that occurred when a player joined a lobby during pregame countdown.

With hotfixes that are now live:
Flying unit behavior changes reverted.
Fixed an issue where ground units would stack on top of each other.
Reverted the ranged unit behavior changes that was allowing players to bypass attack cooldowns.

Finally fixed order is solved.
Still missing a lobby/chat and allow to download maps.

Can you setup your own teams in lobbies? Random order? proper vision/ally menu?
What else haven't they done besides have chat lobbies?

Added Alliance Menu to online multiplayer games. Players can now change alliances, and share vision dynamically in game.
Added classic Victory/Defeat Screen animation and SFX.
Victory Screen now always displays the player as first in the list.
Allow Folder Navigation when selecting Custom Scenarios when creating online lobby.
Added “Map Default” option for resources in Custom Scenario / Multiplayer. It is now the default option.
Added password protection option when creating a new lobby for multiplayer.
Added countdown when launching lobby in multiplayer game.
Added region indicators on the Lobby Selection screen.
Improved Desync Error Messaging.

No its not, they fixed it in december,
in this week they fixed that game is no fixed anymore and you can kick player

Yes, you have diplo menu (ally/unally). Host can kick, you can set password, you can chose fixed order / random spots.
I think what is missing now is a chat lobby (/f commands?) and download map thing only. Still you cant host a map that other plays dont have or they are unable to join

There are some maps where units doesnt spawn like Frog Legs, Maze
