Title: Looking to make my stream more interactive

How do I put the names ontop of units like u8 has? Also how do I set up a bot to welcomr new followers etc? What is the name of those programs? I use OBS to stream atm.

Sometimes when you subscribe or follow somebody on twitch a notification pops up on the stream screen showing your name.

I gave up. I cant even get it to stream with streamlabs lol
