Title: Is anyone able to help me with this error?

Not sure what happened here. Yesterday I was playing for the first time in a long time. Then today I get this error! I've reinstalled multiple times, I've tried running it on different versions of windows with the compatibility settings in properties.

install new war2 combat 4.6+ https://en.war2.ru/downloads/
launch game from game folder from file Warcraft II BNE.exe
NOT from launcher.
this is error that goes from launcher.
