Title: (USER) is using unsafe game version! Warning!

What does that mean.

saw that message in game chat lobby in red/gray/white text (as opposed to standard yellow text)

is it an actual alert that has been implemented, or did the user just type it themselves with fancy color to make it look like an actual alert?

That /ss thing works for every 2.0.2.0 version of war2, not working for 2.0.2.1 (that's why 2.0.2.1 is being marked as "unsafe" when it joins the game).

yeh. twice some romanian player joined with smurf names and had this information too.

That's not about a hack or something like that,
that's just about 2.0.2.1, for example GOG or an official version, like when you install it from the original CD and then install it's patch 2.02.

Just tell them to use 2020 (combat or any other 2020 client), or play with them as is. Just remember they use 2021.
Worked fine all these years. And that is just a notification.
