Title: Updated site & forum engines to lastest versions

Just updated site and forum for security and performace reasons.
Also it's became possible to update php to version 7: much more safe and faster.
Also checked tv.war2.ru, looks like working with php7 also.

So, let me know if something became broken.
Also need your feedback about performance.

P.S: http://tv.war2.ru/reruns/ (http://tv.war2.ru/reruns/) looks broken, but looks like not depend on php version, did it work fine yesterday?

Also working with php7 will be more comfortable when we get some time in the future to improve further what we have!  :thumbsup:

Yes, the main reason was the en site. Also updated it, need to make some changes with it.
As soon as both wordpress and forum supports php7, just switched it

Which email domains? I tried mail.ru, gmail.com, workes fine for me after i changed config (weeks ago).
Try again please. Or let me know what domain is not receiving emails
