Why is Warcraft 2 running fast when I upgrade my graphics card to Nvidia GT 710? The screen looks stutter when I run the game...

no idea. ive played this game with many kinda graphic cards. old n new.  fast n slow n super. always the same imo. it is question about  something else. operating system or some options...
