Title: Advanced server status page

Related to several more interesting projects, but could be useful itself i hope.

Now it's beta, should be improved, fixed and redesigned. Then should replace battle net status on server.war2.ru

- players ordered by games/channels
- gets most of players and games parameters
- updates in realtime
- grey/red headers for games with closed/opened port.
