he is saying that dellam was using the name dna--cell and spoofed in game as dna-cell and went drags at hall on chop

Until proven otherwise, all blatant hackers need to be assumed to be Dellam since he's the only idiot who hacks blatantly and believes its not a hack.  If someone actually tries to hide the hack, then you know right off the bat it's not Dellam since they are smarter than he is.  But since this player did no such thing, then it's obviously Dellam.
