You have no right to sell something you copy from other compagny..
Blizzard have copyright for this game.
If they sell something it's just about websites, forums, patchs and add-on they make for this client server.
I think Ldir and iL are the one who can sell patch and add-ons and probably ( client on a blackmarket way ), blid is the one who can sell the server, and moustopher is the one who can sell forum website, but get a new server/forum or website it's not a big deal if they dont want to cooper, actually almost everyone can do that in a day.

blid cant sell server. it's iL's server. blid made payments for it for a while in the past but it was always in iL's name

well it's neither of their server i guess... but iL is hosting the client on a server.
basically iL has all of the control/power over the client that is being hosted on some random server. i think it used to be a russian server but might be german now?

I know it's not their own server, 4 month ago when iL was testing 4.0 every morning it was writing a message about the server they rent on the main channel of the client.
Server is on iL name your right, actually this is a new server from a couple of months, your also right about blid, he is the one paying for it, thats why i said it's like blid server.

i could be wrong but im not entirely sure he is paying for it any more. i was about to start pick up the payments but couldnt figure out a way to do it due to the american/russian barrier
again i could be mistaken, but from my understand blid doesnt really have much to do with anything any more. more of a political figure than anything. just holding a position because of the contributions he has made in the past (including paying for the server in the past)

i haven't paid anything in awhile, il has been paying because it wants to charge me 50% markup to convert to rubles, but we're figuring a way out to get around that

im only interested in paying that kind of money for the current server .. there is no point in paying that much so we can have multiple servers and split the community up.. not to mention it would cost far less to just set up my own server if that was what i was interested in doing
