I've noticed there's not much motion on the top.. I feel like to get things rolling, we should implement a rule like #1 must defend #1 position at least once every 2 weeks. If #2 is inactive then at least have a bo5 with #3-10

I feel like ELO is also a better way to sort. I heard a lot of these people dodge challenges.
