yeah i mean if a republican had been in power they would have surely done the same if not more, but cruz is accidentally right just by positioning himself as a counter to the dems.  the funny thing is he gets specific enough to mention the US fucked shit up by undermining governments so it's like whoa but if you actually asked him specific names like were we wrong to support the rebels against qaddafi or were we wrong to support the rebels against assad suddenly he'd be like "no they are evil dictators who kill theyare own people!"  hes only right by virtue of opposiong the dems but even then he can only oppose them in these abstract terms because if you asked him to be more specific he'd surely back the dem tactics
