Support Requests / Warcraft 2 Battle.net Edition has stopped working, Windows 8.1

So as the subject says, every time i try to execute W2BNE.exe shown in attchment. Combat Edition loads the patcher and then doesnt do anything, the game does not open. Any ideas?
