WC2 default aspect ratio is 4:3 but Twitch/YouTube video players are 16:9 so WC2 replays always have black bars on either side of the video, like so:

I was messing around with obs today and discovered how to stream at 16:9

That's what I see when playing, I don't mind it being stretched, how does it work as a replay though? Better than black bars?

I actually played war2 stretched like that with Wine on linux lol, it can give you a headache. I'd still prefer 4:3 for playing and viewing.

I actually just have a separate 4:3 monitor that i play w2, sc, and war3 on. So no black bars [emoji39]

How do you add the black bars? I have a stretched monitor as well and have always had problems trying to fix it for war2. Never figured it out. Tips?

mine has a setting using the buttons on the monitor
-
yeah i had a monitor once that actually cut off parts of the screen, which was pretty bad. one of the buttosn on my monitor did an auto-adjust of some kind and fixed it.
