Title: is there some information available to tweak tile files ?

Hello guys, just like title says. Is there some information to tweak tiles from battle net edition ? the one I found in forum is rather confusing to me and doesn't explain very well. Would appreciate the help since I have tried to do a mixed up work with the DOS version but ends up with very messy visual results.

i maked prog some ages ago
but it still very bugged and laggy and overall very fucked indeed
but im too lazy to update it and even make anyting with it at all
so u can use only this if u want though

thank u Ed. I have been testing around and is going good... There's no save button so I guess it's auto-updated the tile files ..  Can I suggest if possible to allow copy-paste a tile sheet from external side ? I mean, copying the entire tiles image from another image editor, so then the program makes it's function to update the tile files.

I have the tiles ready and done from other image editor so you would not need to apply many further features to this program.
