Just wondering.

I'll be honest I do like the map. But I get pissed when I lose to an early tower war and I generally just log off and stop playing it for the day.

I play all normal and equivalent maps. I also play chop.

Chop was super frustrating for me for a long time.. I always face away from enemy if I can. If I can hold a chopper off long enough to get gold i have a lot better shot. So I go for defense and focus on fast gold.

The biggest hurdle is just figuring out the chopping pattern. And being OCD about making sure every peon is clearing 2 trees at a time

When there is no now game sure. The early stage needs more variety for hops and strategy.
The best version I ever played with Choppy had Water and Jugs and destroyers were useful for destroying farms
and added more excitement I felt. People are uncomfortable with change though.... If you loose the early tower war
there should be a peon you can sap out of brick and rehop him to kill opponents farms or rebuild your city, a second
chance would give you something to do instead of just watching the rest of the time.

U missing out. Chop farms cool as fuck once u get the first 3-4 mins of the game down.. after that alot of the typical gow fundamentals come into play.

only one warcraft2 fundamental playing chop can come into play with me is rage quiting
