Is there an admin that I can DM about unbanning my IP address? I suspect it has been banned because I cannot connect to the server from home but I can from another location.

UPDATE

Actually it looks like I'm not banned, its just that I had my chatbot still logged in...

Anyway to have chatbot logged in and play game at the same time? I like to switch between the two while waiting in lobby...

No 2 diff names, but can only use one at a time for some reason

Yeah you should not be limited unless you trigger the max connections that the server allows. Then it would start dropping other connections or deny new ones. Also Ryu mentioned to use different names or they will kick off old logins from the same account. It's not like bnet where you would be tupac#2. Also check to make sure you don't have a firewall or something causing this issue.
