access your router config page

look for setting called DMZ, its usually somewhere on the NAT or firewall section

set it to enable to your computer name/ip.

if u dont give details about your set up it is virtually impossible for u to receive help

thats common practice on any support.

Operating System using.
computer using
type of internet using (ADSL, cable or cellpphone simcard)

router brand model.
wifi or ethernet
is it just 1 router or 2 or more routers on the network.

is that the only computer on the network or is there moer
turned off software firewalls ?
your not helping urself much with not posting these details and also posting all other things you have tried so far

but in general terms... if DMZ didnt work, ur probably doing something wrong.... or missed to do something

Are you connected via ethernet or wifi?

Make sure nothing is tying down your network.  A friend of mine used to have this same problem and it turned out to be Microsoft OneDrive while it was syncing.

Please do a speed test on your connection and share your results here.  Speed Test:  http://www.speedtest.net/

Does your game work fast (no lags) 1v1?

Conflict problem is difficult. It's not related to port forwarding (NAT, DMZ). It's also not related to DNS. It's generally not related to software.

The most possible problem is your internet connection provider.

Also, D-link DI-524 is not perfect router (while using default firmware). Is that possible for you to attach internet cable directly to your local computer for test purposes? That could be a good try before changing your provider.
Need help to translate War2Combat to German, French, Italian, Polish or another language: http://forum.war2.ru/index.php/topic,4728.0.html
Please, contact me if you are interested in that.

"when more people joins" ....Please define more...Does the problem happens with 3 people only?

EDIT: I just thought of something which is possible. Disable any firewall, anti malware or any hardware firewall protection you might have...

It might be related to flood protection from your routers protection or something?
