Anyone is free to volunteer to write the content for any of those subjects, or contribute a new a guide to include on that page, or even dig through old forum posts on the the Occult forum and put together a list of links to useful content there on any subject. I know there's tons of tidbits floating around there re hosting/port forwarding, replays, screenshots, etc., much of it rehashed repeatedly in multiple threads which cross-reference each other.
Links to those posts could go into tutorial pages for reference, or could even copy & paste the post content directly on the pages, so at least there's something there until the final, prettified tutorial can be written.
